Kari is the owner and director of physical therapy at Schubbe Resch Chiropractic and Physical - Neenah. She also is the head of Resch Wellness Solutions. In addition she helps other optimize their health and body composition with nutritional and lifestyle management through Resch Wellness. Her expertise includes rehabilitation, sports medicine, post-operative care, nutrition and fitness. Kari and her husband, Chris Resch, DC frequently speak at various venues regarding the collaboration of chiropractic and physical therapy.
Kari and Chris have three adult children. Their oldest daughter, Madison joined the team in 2021 as a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate. Their daughter, Rachel joined the team in fall of 2023, graduating as a DPT from Midwestern University. son, Jake Resch, a graduate from UWMadison's School of Business works behind the scenes with business managment. Kari’s hobbies include golf, strength training, cycling, walking, natural health, sports fan, traveling, and spending time with family.

Brett earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Carroll University, completing his doctoral training in 2018. He has since pursued advanced clinical specialization in Functional Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation, equipping him with innovative, evidence-based tools to support optimal recovery and performance.
He began his professional career as a traveling physical therapist, providing individualized care to diverse patient populations across Arizona, northern Wisconsin, and Hawaii. These experiences broadened his clinical insight and reinforced his commitment to delivering outcome-focused, patient-centered care. Brett is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to realize their body's innate ability to heal—believing that a strong therapeutic relationship and supportive environment are key to long-term wellness.
In 2025, Brett founded Pickleball for a Purpose, a community-driven initiative aimed at promoting inclusion and wellness through the fastest growing sport in America. In partnership with NFL running back AJ Dillon and the Dillon Family Foundation, he co-hosted a charitable pickleball tournament that highlighted the inclusive nature of the local pickleball community while raising funds for local causes.
Outside of his clinical and community work, Brett practices what he preaches by maintaining an active lifestyle. He enjoys cycling, strength training, fishing, pickleball, and spending time outdoors with his golden retriever, family, and friends.
Brett L also Graduated from Carroll University in 2018 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has since completed advanced training in functional dry needling. Brett has experience treating patients of all ages and specializes in both acute and chronic conditions working with various orthopedic and neurological injuries. Brett’s expertise is in rehabilitation through movement, body mechanics and postural training and believes you must treat the body as a whole to achieve best results.
Outside of work Brett likes to spend time with his wife and kids. His Hobbies include camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, playing yard games, grilling and watching/playing sports.
Rachel attended Midwestern University where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Some of you may recognize her (previously Rachel Resch). She is Chris and Kari’s youngest daughter and actually started working here before her teenage years as the cleaning lady, then worked her way up as a chiropractor technician, and even at the front desk. She now is our newest Physical Therapist!
Before coming to Schubbe Resch, Rachel was able to work at an outpatient physical therapy clinic that specialized in post-surgical orthopedic care in Chicago, IL. She is also Dry Needle Certified, Graston Certified and has advanced training in the cervical spine and shoulder. Rachel loves to work with all ages, and her passion is to help get people back to the hobbies they enjoy.
Outside of work, Rachel loves to hang out and be active with her family and friends. One of her favorite activities is to take long walks outside with her husband and dog.

Erin is a physical therapy assistant and chiropractic rehabilitation technician that has been with the our team since 2014.She has a professional background, continuing education and passion for health, wellness and functional movement. She also enjoys infusing her passion for mind/body wellness into her patient education and treatment programs to get her patients feeling their best so they can achieve a higher quality of life and continue the activities that they love!
Erin enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her husband, son and daughter. Her hobbies include yoga/strength training, boating/fishing with her family and stand up paddle boarding!
Marquis’ physical therapy journey began as an injured athlete in high school and has since be-come dedicated to helping his patients get back to doing the things they love. Before becoming a physical therapy assistant Marquis worked as a personal trainer at the Fox West YMCA for 3 years. He attended NWTC and graduated with an Associate of Science, Physical Therapy Assistant Degree in 2019.
He currently resides in Greenville, with his wife, Olivia. He enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking and trying out new restaurants with Olivia!
Frank graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and followed that up with an Associate in Applied Science Degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community/Technical College. He has over 20 years experience in Physical Therapy in various settings and has extensive experience in post surgical cases. Youth athletics has also been a significant part of his life, with over 20 seasons as a high school coach and 10 years organizing youth sports events. He enjoys developing personalized exercise programs which allows individuals to achieve desired activity goals. When he is not at work, he is usually doing 1 of 3 things, spending time with family, trying to become a respectable golfer or working to develop youth athleticism. Since he has experienced multiple injuries and surgeries due to an active lifestyle, he feels he has a much better understanding of what patients are feeling and going through.
